DANNY AGUILLARD (HSM MHA ’93) is the CEO/president of Evergreen Health Management, LLC, in Baton Rouge, La, a team of behavioral healthcare leaders providing contract management and consulting services.

MACKENZIE BISSET (TM MSPH ’10) is developing a “HEDIS-like” system in correctional health, as well as improving facility compliance in the accreditation dept. She is an accreditation compliance specialist for the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.

ANDRE A. BOYD (HSM MHA ’03) is with the HCA Midwest Health System where he serves as associate administrator at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Mo.

MICHAEL K. BUTLER (HSM MHA ’90) is executive vice president and chief medical officer of Jackson Health System in Miami, Fla.

MARK P. COLLINS (EHS MPH ’04) was named associate director of occupational and facilities safety at Harvard University Operations Services, and credits his SPHTM degree with giving him the edge to get the job.

MARK R. CONNOLLY (IHD MPH’86) is senior adviser in the UNICEF Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean in Panama City, Panama.

CASSANDRA DAVIS (EPI MPH ’09) is leaving a position with the Louisiana Dept. of Health and Hopsitals to become a public health prevention service fellow with the CDC.

LUKE ENTRUP (IHD MPH ’09) is a senior evaluation specialist and assistant adjunct professor at San Diego State University’s Graduate School of Public Health. He evaluated policy, systems, and environmental changes that improve nutrition and physical activity across the San Diego region.

RACHEL A. GALLAGHER (IHD MPH ’05) recently returned to the U.S. and works with USAID’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance as a disaster operations specialist supporting the delivery of humanitarian assistance to vulnerable communities throughout the world.

RISHU GARG (EPI MPH ’08) works as an epidemiologist/evaluator at the Louisiana Dept. of Health and Hospitals.

MARIO GARNER (HSM MHA ’04) is the administrator of HCA’s executive development program in Nashville, Tenn, and also maintains a home in Lafayette, La.

RACHEL GREEN (GEHS MPH ’11) is the hospital preparedness program grant coordinator for the Vermont Dept. of Health. Shortly after beginning this position, Tropical Storm Irene devastated the area and Rachel found herself working in the Hospital Operations Center as the Planning Section Chief. She credits the theoretical and conceptual frameworks she learned in the disaster management program for her effectiveness in this situation.

JANET GUPTILL (HASM MPH ’81) is practice leader for strategy and change at Thompson Reuters in Evanston, Ill.

THOMAS HARRIS, JR. (HSM MHA ’00) is the administrative director of the Pediatrics Dept. at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, Calif.

ELAINE RICKETTS HICKS (CHS MPH ’94) enjoyed a career in Chicago as a health educator, where she became interested in information-seeking among public health professionals. She completed a degree in library and information science at the University of Illinois Champaign-Ubana and is now a health science librarian at Tulane! She organizes the education services for the Rudolph Matas Library and works with faculty to incorporate information seeking into the curriculum. She is the president-elect of the SPHTM Alumni Assn.

PAMELA ROA HIPP (EPI MPH ’03) works in research on social and environmental risk factors for addiction to alcohol, nicotine, and other drugs in her role as a senior statistical data analysis at the Washington University School of Medicine.

TU VAN HUYNH (CHS MPH ’98) is a principal researcher at the Institute of Hygiene and Public Health in Ho Chi Minh City where he does research related to nutrition and food safety.

EGBE KINGSLY IKHINMWIN (IHD MPH ’82) is a senior practice manager for the Correctional Managed Care Division of the University of Texas Medical Branch where he is responsible for professional leadership, excellent patient care, and the operation of a 550-bed psychiatry hospitality with medical and dental clinics.

MUHAMMAD HASBI KAREEM (EHS MPH ’01) is the head of the Environmental Health Department at the Polytechnic of Health in Indonesia.

MARK F. KEISER (HSM MHA ’79 MBA ’79) is executive director/CEO of St. Charles Community Health Center in Luling, La.

PHEAKDEY S. LIM (HSM MHA ’97) is a management analyst for the National Center for Veterans Analysis and Statistics at the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs Office of Policy and Planning in Washington, D.C.

JEFFREY MARHAFER (HSM MHA ’00) is a long term care insurance agent for Genworth Financial.

STUART PODOLNICK (HSM MPH ’75) is a healthcare executive with Trane Commercial Systems in Miramar, Fla.

AAMIR OMAIR (EPI MPH ’93) a biostatistician in the College of Medicine at King Saud bin Abulaziz University for Health Sciences, where he helps students and faculty in their research, conducts workshops on SPSS and research methods, and is pursuing his doctorate degree in epidemiology.

MARIA PATROCOLLO-EMERSON (IHD MPH ’09) works in program development and support at University Research Company (URC) as an author and coordinator of domestic and international proposals to conduct public health projects. She also conducts data quality audits for the Global Fund and provides technical support in M&E, malaria, and neglected tropical diseases for URC projects.

SARAH ELIZABETH PERRY (EPI MPH SARAH ELIZABETH PERRY (EPI MPH ’04) is the state asthma epidemiologist for the Louisiana Dept. of Health and Hospitals, and announces that her unit is happy to process data requests related to asthma.

SULISTYO PROBOWO (CHS MPH ’09) is on faculty with the Agricultural Product Technology Department for the Mulawaraman University in Indonesia. He is working toward a PhD with the University Putra Malaysia in the Food Science Program.

HON-YI SHI (HSM DRPH ’05) is an associate professor at Kaohsiung Medical University.

ROBERT F. STOTT (HSM MPH ’71) is the chief operating office for the Texas Medical Center, which includes 49 member institutions in and around Houston, Tex, and forms a “city of medicine.”

ALLEN THEODORE TALENS (TM MPH ’99) is a health advisor with USAID-funded, Christian Reformed World Relief Committee programs in Bangladesh, India, and Malawi.

STEVE YESNER (EHS MPH ’02) is a site operations program manager for Sandia National Laboratories, stationed at the remote Kauai Test Facility that operates on the Navy’s Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands in Hawaii. His responsibilities include oversight of a resident staff of 15 and support of missile defense program missions. He has returned to New Orleans for the past five years to attend the French Quarter Festival.

KELLY ANN YOTEBIENG (IHD MPH ’06) is the head of programs for the Catholic Relief Services program in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, where she leads, manages, and coordinates program planning and development, project implementation, relationships with donors and implementing partners, and all other organizational, operational, and reporting activities. The program’s portfolio includes child survival and neonatal health to emergency response, livelihoods, and food security.

NUREYAN ZUNONG (IHD MPH ‘07) is a health transformation project manager with Save the Children U.S. in South Sudan. Her role is to transfer the Sudan health system from emergency response to development.
